For me, the beach is therapy. It is the one place that I retreat to whenever my problems weigh me down, or whenever I’m frustrated and stressed out. The warm sun, soft sand, and cool waters soothe me, swallowing up all my problems until I feel as light as a feather inside, No problems. No more dilemmas. (Read More)

I love the water. I always enjoy our family outings where we would go to the beach or a resort. Whenever we visit my Aunt Sharon’s house, I make sure I get to take a dip in their pool even if the water’s cold or even if it’s raining. I just knew I love swimming but I didn’t know much about how to do it – until this summer. (Read More)
